The working principle of the pile driver: It is a pile driving machine that uses impact force to penetrate the pile into the ground. The structure of the pile driver: it consists of pile hammer, pile frame and auxiliary equipment. The pile hammer is attached between two parallel vertical guide rods (commonly known as gantry) at the front of the pile frame, and is hoisted with a lifting hook. The pile frame is a steel structure tower with a hoist at the back for lifting piles and pile hammers. There is a guide frame composed of two guide rods in front of the pile frame to control the direction of pile driving, so that the pile can penetrate the ground accurately according to the designed orientation. The tower frame and the guide frame can be skewed together to drive diagonal piles. The guide frame can also be extended downward along the tower to drive underwater piles along the embankment or dock. The pile frame can rotate and move.
The basic technical parameters of the pile driver are the weight of the impact part, impact kinetic energy and impact frequency. Pile hammers can be divided into drop hammers, steam hammers, diesel hammers, hydraulic hammers, etc. according to the power source of the movement. Types of pile drivers: pile drivers and rotary digging pile drivers, which use a screw to dig into the ground and then pour the pile.
Types of pile drivers: (1) Steam hammer pile drivers. Use high-pressure steam to lift the hammer head, and then impact the pile head downward by its own weight, causing the pile to sink into the ground. (2) Diesel hammer pile driver. Use fuel explosion* to push the piston and impact the pile head by the* explosive force to sink the pile into the ground, suitable for driving all kinds of precast piles. (3) Static pile driver. Using the pressure generated by the mechanical hoist or hydraulic system, the pile is pressed into the soil under the action of continuous static pressure, which is used for various types of precast piles with general bearing capacity. Vibration hammer pile driver. The mechanical vibration force of the pile hammer is used to sink the pile into the ground, which is suitable for precast concrete piles and steel sheet piles with smaller bearing capacity. (4) Vibration hammer pile driver. The mechanical vibration force of the pile hammer is used to sink the pile into the ground, which is suitable for precast concrete piles and steel sheet piles with smaller bearing capacity.
